Tuesday 9 February 2010 FIRST ELEVEN SQUAD GET SERIOUS
The 'signing' of former North Down player Gavin Rodgers to the coaching staff at The Green is a very positive step. He brings a profound understanding of the game; lots of experience at senior level and a great enthusiasm and desire to see the squad perform well at the highest level.

Now for Pilates
Round 2 of the Pilates sessions saw the squad begin to feel at ease with the routines although Taimur, who watched the action, explained how deceptive the moves looked.
