Graham Higgin here, Instonians' 3rd's captain and fundraiser for Praxis Care, the UK's premier charity in providing residential care for
kids and adults with learning disabilities and mental ill health. We're running a campaign to encourage sports clubs to enter teams into
the Belfast City Marathon on 3rd May 2010. Praxis Care will front the fund-raising effort and share the funds raised 50/50 with the
