The experience and guile of the North Down attack caused problems for the NW team Bready who at the drinks interval struggled to 80 for 7. Captain Billy Adams picked up 2 wickets, as did his opening partner Iain Arthur and Ryan Galway and Daniel Graham added a wicket each. A run out put the visitors in a good position at this stage.
An 8th wicket stand changed the position of the match and the pendulum swung back in favour of the home side who finished well on 191. The North Down bowlers performed reasonably well with captain Adams finishing on 3 for 36.
The North Down batting just didn't rise to the occasion and Ross Ewing was top scorer with 18 as the visitors crumbled to 99 all out
