Painting

The watercolour has been completed and 100 limited edition prints have been MADE. These have been numbered and signed by the artist.

Chairman Ian Carser, artist James Cooke and President Tom Mills with the watercolour of The Green

The wee boy who played at The Green has finished painting the scene.  James Cooke, whose paintings of Mahee Island Golf Club were very well received, volunteered his services and as promised on completion here is a copy on the website.  James has captured the scene with a match in progress.  The original watercolour was auctioned at the Gala Dinner on the 13th October 2007 at La Mon and acquired by Ray Browne, the North Down Hockey Club President.  Ray , in a gesture appreciated by the cricketers, gave the original back to hang in the pavilion.
