Scott Irvine first represented North Down 3rd XI as a 13 year old in 2007.
Also that year he represented both NCU in the Under 13 Interprovincials at Cork, and Belfast in the Ford Inner City under 14 cricket finals at Arundel and was a leading contributor to the North Down under 13 Banogue and Irish Cups winning side.
2008 saw further representative honours with NCU Under 15 and a return to Arundel as captain of the Belfast team. He became a regular member of North Down 2nd XI and received the Boy's Player of the Year award.
In 2009 Scott represented Ulster School's as well as NCU Under 15 and continued to contribute at North Down with both bat and ball.
